Nettle is a powerful herb for oily and acne-prone skin. It regulates sebum production by inhibiting the enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone associated with increased sebum synthesis. Nettle possesses anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, inhibiting enzymes involved in the production of inflammatory compounds and reducing redness and irritation. It also exhibits antibacterial effects, targeting bacteria such as Cutibacterium acnes, commonly associated with acne. How to Use

WHEN

Use 1-3 times a week for best results.

DOSAGE

1 teaspoon of face mask powder combined with 2 teaspoons of water.

DIRECTIONS

Combine one teaspoon of the powder with a 2 teaspoons of water, facial oil, or your favorite moisturizer in a mixing bowl or in your palm to create a velvety paste. Apply the paste evenly to your face and allow it to work its magic for 10 to 30 minutes. To maximize effectiveness, ensure the mask doesn't dry completely while wearing it; pat your face gently with damp hands to keep it moist.You can also rest a warm, damp cloth on the mask. Gently rinse off with warm water or wipe away with a hot, wet cloth.

Pro tip: The mask works wonders when worn in the sauna!

CAUTIONS

Do not use if you are allergic to Asteraceae (Compositae) plants or any of the ingredients used. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. External use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
